Roderick Grant holds an MFA Degree in Graphic Design from The Rhode Island School of Design (RSID) as well as a  BA degree in Urban Studies from New College of Florida. His 20+ years of experience combines professional practice, freelance design work, photography and 15 years of university level professorships in the United Arab Emirates and Canada.

Roderick’s expertise lies in complex typography, editorial design, photographic monographs, information architecture and curriculum design. Roderick is currently an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Design at OCAD University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he teaches and co√∂rdinates the first year graphic design studios of the undergraduate Graphic Design program; he also frequently advises students in the Graduate Faculty Interdisciplinary Masters in Art, Media and Design program.
